Founded in 2013, Hospitality Handyman LLC was built on the belief that independent hoteliers—no matter the size of their property—should have access to the same resources and expertise commonly available to corporate and flagged hotels.

Through our fractional approach, Hospitality Handyman LLC is able to right-size its services to meet the unique needs and budgets of each property. We provide access to specialized resources such as revenue management, channel and rate management, content management, systems support, and training without the cost and commitment of maintaining these resources in-house.

With more than 30 years of combined operational, systems, and revenue management experience, our team brings practical, real-world hospitality expertise to every project. Our experience spans a wide range of lodging operations, including city-center corporate hotels, college and university lodging facilities, destination resorts, group-focused properties, and conference centers.

Over the years, we have supported clients in all 50 states as well as multiple international destinations. This diverse experience enables us to quickly adapt to unique properties, operating environments, and challenges.

While independent hotels are our specialty, we also have experience supporting flagged properties, including hotels affiliated with brands such as Best Western and Wyndham.

Our systems expertise is equally broad. We have worked with a variety of hospitality technology partners across PMS, CRS, POS, and related systems. System implementations and conversions are second nature to our team, with hundreds of successful conversions completed throughout the years.
