Stephen Thomas of Hospitality Handyman has been our revenue manager for about 3 years.  During this time he has connected us with OTA's, helped manage our organic rate options and went over an above helping with our PMS system to work optimally to produce as much revenue as possible.  Stephen stays informed on our comp set to manage our rates.  He is very accessible and responsive.  Stephen works well with all levels of staff from management companies to management and sales teams.  He is knowledgeable about the industry in many states around the US.
